A framework is defined as “a system of rules, ideas, or beliefs that is used to plan or decide something” (Cambridge Dictionary).
The INTENT Framework is an evolving practical tool I am developing, based on my PhD research. Its purpose is to apply knowledge, evidence, and experience to nurture the unique potential of each child. Rooted in the concept of praxis—the intersection of reflection and action—it enables individuals to gain a critical understanding of the systems that shape their lived experiences. This understanding helps us implement structures that can drive true liberation.
This is a broad overview of the framework I use when working with parents, professionals, and organizations. I guide you through the framework and empower you to elevate your parenting or professional practice—while also enhancing your personal growth.
No matter your budget, we can collaborate. Simply book a 15-minute call with me to discuss.
Below is an outline of the INTENT Framework. In other sections, you’ll find examples of how I’ve applied it to my personal development, parenting, professional practice, and activism.
